Canadian Humanitarian Initiatives firmly upholds the principle that humanitarian assistance transcends borders and must reach those in need wherever they are. Following the collapse of the Afghan government and the subsequent takeover by the Taliban, the organization has, since 2022, focused its efforts on supporting access to education in Afghanistan. One of its most significant initiatives has been the establishment of online schools for girls who have been deprived of their fundamental right to education. These programs have enabled a number of students, at both school and university levels, to continue their studies and sustain hope for a brighter future.In Canada, Canadian Humanitarian Initiatives has concentrated on supporting newcomers. The organization provides educational and training courses for individuals facing language barriers, enabling them to acquire language skills, integrate into their new communities, and pursue their life paths with greater confidence. In addition, it delivers programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health and offers educational activities designed to strengthen the capacities of women, families, and youth.Overall, these efforts reflect the organization’s strong commitment to education, empowerment, and the creation of better opportunities for individuals in both Afghanistan and Canada.
