Supporting Newcomers & Refugees

We support newcomers and refugee families as they settle in Canada. Our goal is to help individuals and families access information, connect with community resources, and build a strong foundation for a successful and independent future.

Women & Youth Empowerment

We empower women and youth through leadership development, capacity-building, and community engagement. We support Afghan women through advocacy, gender-focused initiatives, and access to online education opportunities.

Seniors Support & Social, Cultural and Multicultural Programs

We support seniors through public awareness, language and information support, and community participation programs that promote inclusion and wellbeing. We also organize cultural and social activities, including celebrations of special and national days, to strengthen community connections and preserve traditions.

Supporting Newcomers & Refugees

Canada Humanitarian Initiatives is a Canada-based organization that identifies eligible vulnerable individuals from different countries and, in coordination with the Government of Canada, supports their referral to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for possible resettlement in Canada.
The organization supports newcomers, immigrants, and refugees in their settlement process and successful integration into Canadian society.
It provides guidance services in housing, education, healthcare, social services, and access to community resources.
It offers language training, orientation to Canadian culture and laws, and life skills development programs.
It provides support in resume writing, interview preparation, and access to employment opportunities.
The program aims to promote successful integration, economic independence, and active participation in Canadian society.

Women’s Empowerment

Canada Humanitarian Initiatives (CHI) is committed to empowering women by promoting leadership, well-being, education, and active participation in society. Through a range of programs and services, the organization supports women in achieving personal, social, and economic success.

  1. Leadership and Skills Development
    CHI provides capacity-building initiatives, leadership training, and personal and professional development programs that enhance women’s confidence, knowledge, and employability.
  2. Mental Health and Well-Being Support
    The organization offers workshops, support groups, and awareness programs designed to promote mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
  3. Family and Parenting Education
      CHI delivers educational programs focused on healthy family relationships, effective parenting practices, conflict resolution, and strengthening family and marital life.
  4. Rights, Safety, and Social Awareness
    The organization raises awareness about women’s rights, personal safety, digital security, gender equality, and available community and social support services.
